"From our experience of working closely with students in Kashmir, we have observed that in our region, we lack mechanisms to identify students with potential and desire to excel in their areas of interest, and, hence, we are not able to provide them with adequate guidance at appropriate time. As a result, even most of our bright students are unable to perform well in various competitive examinations viz-a-viz JEE, CLAT, CAT, UPSC, CA/CS/CWA, etc, and, consequently, are unable to secure admissions to the most prestigious universities/colleges of India. Hence, such kind of an academic activity is the need of the hour in Kashmir"
